ABOUT US

In 2020/2021, Sue and Robbie Callaway and Fernando Silva formed a partnership to purchase buildable lots in the Mid-South and Forest Creek communities in Southern Pines, NC.

When deciding on a name for the partnership, there was little doubt what it should be - the Callaway “Homeplace” brought the trio together and created a lasting bond throughout the years.

From that original endeavor, Homeplace Builders has methodically grown to complete 5 home builds - 3 homes under construction due to be completed in 2023 - and multiple builds on the horizon for 2024 completion.

Fernando’s attention to detail and design and focus on a quality build are the characteristics of every Homeplace Builders’ project. The goal with each new build is to “create a home where you can create your own memories in your own homeplace.”
